The Women’s Premier League (WPL) team, Gujarat Giants (GG) have signed a new partnership with the Indian radio FM network, Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM.
Following the partnership, Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM has been named the official radio partner of Gujarat Giants for the ongoing WPL 2023.
The Gujarat-based franchise revealed its new affiliation on its social media platforms.
Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM is an Indian private radio FM network which is owned by the Entertainment Network India Limited, a subsidiary of The Times Group. The radio network was founded in 1993 and it runs its operation in cities such as Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Jaipur, Hyderabad and etc.
The Sneh Rana-led side is not having a great season as the team must have expected. They were hit by another defeat yesterday, inflicted by Mumbai Indians (MI) by a huge margin of 55 runs. Till now, the Giants have won only one game in their five matches with four losses to their name. They will have their next encounter against the in-form Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai on March 16.
