Greenko Hyderabad E-Prix: Sponsors Watch

The presence of Mahindra Racing and Jaguar TCS Racing in Formula E adds to the excitement for local fans.

Formula E is coming to India for the very first time with the Greenko Hyderabad E-Prix, which is scheduled for February 11, 2023.

Formula E, which debuted in 2014, is the world’s first electric car racing series. The races aren’t just a race to see who can be the quickest on the track; teams and drivers must also manage battery energy consumption. This is where strategy comes into play; drivers must understand when to push and when to store energy. After all, being the fastest person on the track is pointless if you don’t have enough power to complete the race.

The overview of the fastest, lightest, and most powerful electric race car, the Gen3, will be witnessed by fans at the historic Indian debut in Hyderabad.

The presence of Indian teams, Mahindra Racing and Jaguar TCS Racing in Formula E adds to the excitement for local fans.

Most races are held on temporary street paths around the world in order to bring racing to city centres. The Hyderabad E-Prix will be conducted on a street circuit alongside the Hussain Sagar Lake, in keeping with Formula E’s goal of bringing racing to city centres. The 2.835 km long circuit also passes through Lumbini Park and has 18 turns.

Organizers of this highly anticipated race have also secured numerous sponsorship deals ahead of the event. Let’s take a look at the list of sponsors for the important racing event based in Hyderabad:
