The Indian fan engagement platform, STAN has teamed up with the leading esports enterprise, GodLike Esports.
Fans of GodLike will be able to purchase non-NFT digital memorabilia from STAN. The two businesses would also work together on activations and audience engagements.
One of the most well-known esports organizations in India, GodLike Esports maintains lineups in VALORANT, Call of Duty Mobile, and BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI). The biggest gaming and esports infrastructure in India, GodLike Bootcamp, is also owned by GodLike Esports.
In a press statement, GodLike Esports and STAN stated that the major objective of their collaboration is to “create an ecosystem for fans to connect with the team.”
Numen Esports And Gaming, a brand new talent management and media firm in India, brokered the association. The collaboration with STAN is the first one that Numen has arranged, and GodLike is the first significant esports company to join with the talent management entity.
GodLike teamed up with the streaming service, Rooter earlier this year to offer fans unique material on the portal. GodLike and Hong Kong’s Nova Esports officially collaborated in 2020 to form a PUBG Mobile squad, nevertheless, the squad dissolved once PUBG Mobile was banned in India later in the year.
Co-Founder and COO of STAN, Nauman Mulla, stated, “Entering into a strategic partnership with the biggest organization in India, GodLike Esports, was a no-brainer for us at STAN, as want to give access to all the GodLike superfans, all of that STAN is offering. We aim to work with all the major stakeholders in this esports ecosystem, which is why we are very excited about this partnership.”
The goal of GodLike Esports is to become the most prosperous esports and entertainment enterprise the industry has ever seen.
