The German Football Association (DFB) has announced a new sponsorship agreement with the Wuppertal-based family company, Vorwerk. This new deal has been inked in order to support and back the women’s national team.
This is Vorwerk’s first major sponsorship deal for a national team. Vorwerk, as the women’s national team’s new exclusive partner, will noticeably work with the side and assist them with communication.
Vorwerk SE & Co. KG is a family-owned business that was founded in 1883. Vorwerk’s primary business is the manufacture and sale of greater household products. Vorwerk, as a direct sales company, always strives for close communication with its customers. The consultants are at the heart of the activities and act as a single point of contact for everyone. Furthermore, the conventional Wuppertal-based company also gains unique exposure to the players’ training outerwear and anthem jackets. Moreover to the umbrella brand, Vorwerk is also granted the exclusive right to include Vorwerk’s premium brands “Kobold” and “Thermomix” in the women’s national team, allowing for multi-brand activation.

The FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, which will be held in Australia and New Zealand from July 20 to August 20, 2023, will be the first major event where the brand will receive exposure on a massive stage.
