McLaren Racing has confirmed a multi-year extension of its partnership with online trading broker FxPro, strengthening one of the team’s longest-standing commercial relationships in Formula 1.

Under the renewed agreement, FxPro will continue as an official partner of the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team, with branding featured on the race car and across selected team apparel throughout the season.

The partnership, which began in 2018, has spanned multiple regulatory cycles and competitive phases in Formula 1. Its continuation signals strategic consistency for both organisations at a time when stability and brand alignment are increasingly valued in the sport’s commercial ecosystem.

Matt Dennington, Co-Chief Commercial Officer, McLaren Racing, said, “FxPro have been a great partner for many years, and I’m delighted to extend our long-standing relationship even further. Their focus on disciplined decision-making and operating at speed aligns well with the mindset we bring to racing. We look forward to building on this as we compete in Formula 1 and across our wider racing programmes.”

Ilya Holeu, Chief Product Owner & Chief Marketing Officer, FxPro, added, “Since 2018, we have built a strong and trusted relationship grounded in shared values, performance, and innovation – demonstrating the strength and long-term vision behind our collaboration. We look forward to supporting the team as it continues to compete at the very highest level across multiple racing disciplines.”

The renewal comes amid continued global growth for Formula 1, which is broadcast in more than 200 territories and continues to attract a digitally engaged and commercially attractive audience. Financial services brands have increasingly leveraged the sport’s global reach and data-driven environment to strengthen brand positioning among performance-oriented consumers.

For McLaren, the extension reinforces a diversified commercial strategy built around long-term alliances. In recent months, the team has expanded its partner portfolio with agreements with Etihad Airways, Dell Technologies, Rubrik, Deloitte, AkzoNobel, PUMA, ONEflight, Hedera, and Schneider Electric, underscoring its approach to balancing sporting ambition with commercial resilience.

The extension reaffirms both organisations’ commitment to a partnership built on shared values of precision, innovation and performance at the highest level of global motorsport.

The 2026 Formula 1 season is scheduled to begin in Melbourne on March 5, ushering in a new technical cycle focused on hybrid innovation and enhanced energy efficiency. Against that backdrop, McLaren and FxPro’s renewed commitment positions both brands to continue leveraging Formula 1’s evolving global platform.
