Fulham FC have confirmed two major commercial agreements, announcing a new partnership with Smarta Energy and an extended, upgraded deal with HiBob.
Together, the agreements underline the club’s strategy of building long-term partnerships anchored in sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Fulham have entered into a new agreement with Smarta Energy, which joins as the club’s official energy management partner. The partnership aligns the Premier League side with a business focused on renewable energy solutions and the transition to cleaner, more efficient power infrastructure.
As part of the collaboration, Smarta Energy will work closely with Fulham to support the club’s sustainability ambitions, including the delivery of ambitious energy reduction targets and the optimisation of its overall energy portfolio. The remit spans matchday operations at Craven Cottage as well as wider, year-round club activities, reflecting the growing importance of energy management within elite sport.
Jon Don-Carolis, Commercial Director at Fulham FC, said, “We’re thrilled to welcome Smarta Energy as our Official Energy Management Partner. Their tailored expertise and modern approach to managing utilities make them a natural fit for Fulham. We look forward to a partnership that not only enhances our operations but also delivers engaging initiatives for professionals within our supporter network.”
Alongside the Smarta Energy announcement, the west London club also confirmed an extension and expansion of its partnership with HiBob. The HR technology company will now serve as official sleeve partner, with branding featured on Fulham’s first-team playing shirts, while also being elevated to principal partner status.
Following a successful first year of fully integrating HiBob’s human capital management platform across Fulham FC, Fulham Pier, and the Fulham FC Foundation, the expanded agreement reflects a shared commitment to innovation, performance, and a people-first culture across all areas of the organisation.
Jon Don-Carolis commented, “Family and community are at the heart of Fulham’s identity, and HiBob’s people-first approach aligns perfectly with our values. Extending our partnership and welcoming HiBob as a Principal Partner and Sleeve Partner is a natural next step in our shared journey, enabling us to continue building high-performing teams at every layer of the Club.”
Taken together, the two deals highlight Fulham’s measured approach to commercial growth, prioritising multi-year relationships with brands that reflect modern football values and deliver relevance beyond traditional sponsorship visibility.
On the pitch, Fulham enter a demanding festive period with fixtures against Nottingham Forest, West Ham United, Crystal Palace, and Liverpool FC, as Marco Silva’s side looks to maintain momentum through a congested Premier League schedule.
