Formula 1 and DHL will continue to work together as both parties renewed long-standing global partnership, just days before the FIA Formula World Championship. The extension would see DHL remain the Official Logistics Partner of Formula 1.
The international courier and package delivery service company will feature across the track-side and pit lane above the garages to continue the DHL Fastest Pit Stop Award. Apart from featuring on tracks, DHL’s involvement in the game is apparent in the F1 e-sports series and F1 digital channels.
The courier service company has been collaborating with F1 since 2004. In the new deal between two parties, DHL will be transporting transmission technology, equipment, cars and fuel for the racing teams to 23 destinations, making the upcoming calender year for F1 the largest in thehistory.

The drivers, teams, and DHL logistics crew will have no time to rest as they will be facing three races over three consecutive weekends. Inclusive of the agreement, DHL will be presenting two awards namely, the DHL Fastest Lap Award and the DHL Fastest Pit Stop Award for special achievements by drivers and teams. These awards will be presented to the winners in Abu Dhabi on the final day of the season.
The 2021 FIA Formula 1 World Championship will commence from March 28 in Bahrain with the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2021. The entire season will take place across five continents throughout the season, before the season finale in Abu Dhabi, UAE at the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2021 on December 12.
