FIFS names Maj. Neil Castelino as Chief Executive Officer

The Federation of India Fantasy Sports (FIFS), the nation’s first and only self-regulatory industry organisation for fantasy sports, has named Maj. Neil Christopher Castelino as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Maj. Neil Castelino, an accomplished Armed Forces veteran, brings over 20 years of leadership expertise to FIFS, including roles in corporate affairs, public policy, stakeholder engagement, and operations.

Maj. Castelino has overseen operations at prominent organisations such as CII, Flipkart, and Bharti Infratel, influencing governmental legislation, forging logistical alliances, and growing the e-commerce business. His knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues helps businesses in a variety of industries run more smoothly. In the present day, he hopes to help FIFS promote online fantasy sports in India.

As the new CEO of FIFS, he is eager to engage, encourage partnerships, and create the regulatory framework for the Fantasy Sports sector in collaboration with industry leaders, government officials, and important stakeholders.
