FIFA has expanded its partnership with Colombian logistics and courier company Inter Rapidísimo, naming the brand an official tournament supporter in Colombia for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

The agreement marks the latest chapter in a growing commercial relationship between the two organisations and further reinforces FIFA’s strategy of engaging regional partners to drive local fan engagement ahead of the biggest FIFA World Cup in history.

As a tournament supporter, Inter Rapidísimo will activate the partnership exclusively within Colombia, leveraging its nationwide presence to deliver a range of fan-focused campaigns, promotional initiatives and exclusive experiences designed to connect supporters with the tournament. The activations are expected to play a key role in building excitement among Colombian football fans as anticipation grows for the 2026 edition of the competition.

The renewed partnership continues Inter Rapidísimo’s involvement in FIFA’s commercial programme following its historic role as the first Colombian company to become an official regional supporter of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The company also partnered with FIFA during the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023, establishing itself as one of the governing body’s most prominent regional commercial partners in Latin America.

Nick Brown, FIFA Director of Commercial Partnerships, said, “We are proud to continue strengthening our relationship with Inter Rapidísimo, a company that shares FIFA’s vision of inspiring and connecting people through the power of football. Their continued presence and market leadership represent immense value in bringing the excitement of the tournament even closer to passionate Colombian fans.”

Isaac Chaparro, Strategic Vice President of Inter Rapidísimo, added, “Being part of the FIFA World Cup once again is a source of great pride for Inter Rapidísimo. As a Colombian company, we see firsthand how football unites people and connects communities across the country. This partnership reflects our commitment to bringing fans closer to the game.”

The FIFA World Cup 2026, hosted across the United States, Canada and Mexico, will feature 48 teams and 104 matches, making it the largest tournament ever staged. For FIFA, partnerships such as this underscore the growing importance of regional sponsorships in unlocking commercial value and deepening fan engagement in football’s most passionate markets.
