The Bundesliga giants, FC Bayern Munich have signed a new landmark seven-year partnership with Emirates, the world-renowned air carrier.
As part of the deal, the airline giant has become the team’s platinum partner from 2025-26 to 2031-32.
The Bavarians are one of the most widely supported and recognised teams in the world, with a globally engaged following of over 140 million people and great brand awareness based on a distinct Bavarian character. FC Bayern also have a solid club membership of 410,000, one of the largest in football, displaying strong community support and participation. It also has fan clubs in over 100 countries, demonstrating its immense global appeal.
The multi-year agreement gives Emirates considerable brand presence on perimeter stadium and LED boards viewed by worldwide audiences, in addition to two luxury pitch cam carpets. The partnership additionally involves exclusive ticket and hospitality allocations, as well as a special Emirates skybox at Allianz Arena, the club’s home stadium. Emirates will also get access to FC Bayern Munich’s collective player photos. The airline’s logo will also be prominently shown on Club TV backgrounds during press conferences, flash zone interviews, and other public and digital events.

This new agreement signals Emirates’ formal comeback to the German football Bundesliga. With the club’s following quickly rising in major countries throughout Asia and the United States, Emirates is well-positioned to reinforce that relationship with its large global network and world-class service.
Football is one of the most famous sports in Emirates’ portfolio, as evidenced by prominent relationships with worldwide football teams and elite competitions. The airline’s ‘Fly Better’ emblem appears on the football shirts of top European teams such Real Madrid, Arsenal FC, AC Milan, Benfica SL, and Olympique Lyonnais, as well as naming rights to Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium.
