As La Liga kicks off on 13th August with their brand-new broadcasting sponsor in the US, EPSN+ will be covering and broadcasting every matchday of the Spanish top-flight. On 15th August, the La Liga will be aired on a US broadcast network for the time ever as the ABC network will be broadcasting the opening weekend match of the European giants FC Barcelona when they face off against Real Sociedad in the Camp Nou.
The 2021/22 season will be the 91st edition of the Spanish top-flight which will see Atletico Madrid go on and try to defend their title as they whizzed past both Real Madrid and FC Barcelona to win the league in the 2020/21 season.
Every matchday will be exclusively streamed on ESPN+ with the only exception of FC Barcelona and Real Sociedad which will stream on the ABC network in the USA.
ESPN+ will offer many surround programming focused events on LaLiga – including match previews, highlights, magazine shows, and will continue to cover La Liga extensively on signature ESPN+ shows including ESPN FC which includes a vast array of experts who will be providing minute analysis of the games.
The league will kick off on 13th August and the three big clubs FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid will go in the hopes to clinch the title once again with Sevilla looking to cause an upset in the league as well.
