FanCode secures exclusive TV & Broadcast rights for UEFA Women’s Champions League

FanCode, India’s leading digital sports platform, has obtained exclusive TV & Broadcast rights for the upcoming season of the UEFA Women’s Champions League.

The revised format will feature an 18-team League Phase, the largest ever, ensuring more top-tier encounters. The season is set to begin on October 7, with the final taking place in May 2026 at the Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo, Norway.

The new UEFA Women’s Champions League format will feature a single-league phase with 18 teams (up from 16 in the current group stage). The top four teams in the league will advance to the quarter-finals directly, while the teams ranking fifth through 12th will participate in a two-legged Knockout Phase Play-Off to gain a spot in the last eight. From the quarter-finals onwards, the competition will continue its current structure of knockout stages leading to a final hosted at a neutral location chosen by UEFA.

This season will see elite teams such as Arsenal (defending champions), FC Barcelona, Chelsea, Juventus, OL Lyonnes, Bayern München, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Atlético Madrid compete for European glory. Fans may expect worldwide talents such as Aitana Bonmatí, Sam Kerr, Alexia Putellas, Lauren James, and Ada Hegerberg to shine throughout the competition.
