The Indian sports streaming platform, FanCode has introduced FIFA+ Zone and FAST channel (a free ad-supported streaming channel) on its platform, providing a significant boost to football enthusiasts in India.
The channel will provide outstanding football-related content such as exclusive interviews, documentaries, and behind-the-scenes footage with some of the game’s top personalities. This will feature both fresh and old footage from prior FIFA competitions, including the FIFA World Cup.
FIFA+ Zone will thrill Indian audiences with carefully crafted content that includes interviews, documentaries, and highlights of prominent Indian teams and players, as well as the greatest FIFA World Cup action.
The 24/7 channel will be free to use and will bring Indian fans closer to the globe’s most popular sport, fulfilling FanCode’s mission to give fans a world-class experience when it comes to consuming their beloved sport.
All of this will be accessible solely through the FanCode app, which is available on iOS and Android. Some of the top-tier original content will consist of FIFA+ originals, FIFA archival match videos, and more stuff.
FanCode, Co-founder, Prasana Krishnan, said, “This collaboration with FIFA+ will give Indian fans access to best-in-class non-live football programming. The passion for the game has grown substantially in the last few years with more than 305 million football fans in the country but the content served to them hasn’t kept pace with the fandom. With some of the top leagues and players across the globe already on FanCode, this addition will help us add further value in our football offerings to fans.”
FIFA+ will complement FanCode’s non-live football offering, which currently includes content from Real Madrid CF via their 24/7 club channel, Real Madrid TV.
This agreement will bolster FanCode’s robust football portfolio, which includes the Carabao Cup, Copa Del Rey, various FIFA World Cup qualifiers from South America and Asia, AFCON, the A-League, and the J-League, among other events and leagues.
