The European Cricket Championship (ECC) has announced a new sponsorship association with the online betting platform, Stake.com. In this partnership, the firm is set to act as the official partner for the upcoming edition of the tournament.
Following this partnership, Stake.com will receive benefits from brand visibility across the stadium during the tournament. According to ECL, the strategy includes brand image throughout international TV programme graphics, which will be viewed by more than 40 million viewers per day.
Speaking on the partnership, Roger Feiner, ECL Chief Executive, commented, “European Cricket is proud to partner with Stake.com, one of the most innovative and engaging companies within this sector, for the European Cricket Championships 2022. Like Stake.com, we are innovators, and we believe there can be a lot of overlap between our companies when it comes to principles and best practices.
“We are particularly excited about our new evening matches for Stake.com that will be broadcast primetime into the cricket key markets.”
This accord will be in addition to Stake.com’s existing partnerships with other sporting entities, such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and Everton FC. Along with these, the brand also has ties with two Indian Super League (ISL) teams, Mumbai City FC and Hyderabad FC.
