ESPN will broadcast more than 150 hours of the event through its networks ESPN 2, and the Star+ streaming service.

ESPN has obtained the Brazilian broadcast rights to the 2022 French Open, the clay-court Grand Slam that takes place from May 22 to June 5.

ESPN will broadcast more than 150 hours of the event through its networks ESPN 2, the television channel, and the Star+ streaming service in the nation as part of a contract with the French Tennis Federation (FFT).

The rights in Brazil have been returned to ESPN after being owned by the cable television network, BandSports since 2013.

With the addition of the French Open, ESPN now has rights to all four tennis Grand Slams in Brazil, including the season-opening Australian Open, Wimbledon Championships, and US Open.

It also maintains a portfolio of 50 additional tennis championships, including men’s ATP Tour and women’s WTA Tour.

Sony Pictures Network has acquired the rights of Roland Garros in India. The broadcasting network will provide the coverage of the competition in four languages.
