Envision Racing, a British Formula E team, has partnered with the global media brand, TIME to raise awareness of climate change and other environmental issues.
The collaboration will seek to engage Formula E fans on global issues via TIME and Time.com, along with social media channels. Collaborations at major events such as the World Economic Forum and COP27 will be used to promote the partnership.
TIME, as an official partner of Envision Racing, will participate in the team’s Race Against Climate Change Live Summits, which will bring together global change-makers to discuss potential solutions to environmental challenges.
TIME branding was featured on the Envision Racing car as well as across all team marketing and promotional collateral during the weekend’s Mexico City ePrix as part of the agreement.
TIME’s commitment to covering sustainability and climate change has evolved over the years. From its 1989 Endangered Planet of the Year cover package to TIME 2030, a decade-long global editorial initiative focusing on the ongoing exploration of solutions to the challenges of the post-Covid world, as well as the leaders and innovators driving them.
Viktoria Degtar, Global Chief Revenue Officer at TIME, said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with Envision Racing because they are leading the fight against climate change through electric mobility and renewable energy solutions.
“TIME’s mission is to lead the conversations that help change the world. This partnership speaks to the core of shared values: championing sustainability, acting as a catalyst for positive change and accelerating innovative solutions to help build a better future for all.”
