England Netball, the sport’s domestic governing body, has inked a partnership extension with the US sportswear giant, Nike.
The collaboration will be implemented through three strategic pillars: KitQueen will provide Nike training and match apparel for the Vitality Roses, Future Roses, and Roses Academy. Along with this, it will also supply merchandise for the Vitality Roses’ supporters; and it will grant grassroots netball players access to Nike custom teamwear.
The Vitality Roses’ bespoke Nike uniform will give players top-notch apparel that will improve their on-court performance. Whether the squad is practicing or competing internationally, KitQueen will make sure they are dressed in the best team apparel possible, showcasing the renowned Nike Swoosh with pride.
The Vitality Roses will wear the new design for the first time at the 2025 autumn internationals, with the design to be revealed later. Furthermore, the relationship will be prominent during the next Vitality Netball Nations Cup, with spectators seeing the Vitality Roses donning a unique Nike jacket before taking to the court, creating a memorable moment to debut the alliance.
Mark Foster, Chief Commercial Officer, England Netball, said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with KitQueen to bring Nike Netball to England Netball. We continue to strive to elevate the performance, style and comfort of our athletes, fans and grassroots netball players. This partnership is threefold, with KitQueen providing Nike kit that will power our Vitality and Future Roses on court and extending their offer to provide netball fans and players with high-quality merchandise. The partnership will also bring access to Nike Netball kit for grassroots netball clubs, providing kit that will support the experiences of those looking to play Netball at any level.
“Partnering with an iconic and globally recognised brand in KitQueen and Nike demonstrates netball’s prominence among the growing visibility and awareness of women’s sport. Together we are committed to delivering sportswear that empowers our athletes at all levels to reach their fullest potential and we can’t wait to see what the future of this exciting partnership holds.”
Parisha Patel Co-Founder of KitQueen commented, “KitQueen.co.uk was launched with the mission to support female grassroots athletes with the right kit so She can focus on her game. Our partnership with England Netball, Vitality Roses and Nike will further develop our Grassroots to Greatness strategy. I’m personally delighted to give grassroots clubs access to a Nike Netball dress.”
KitQueen was founded as a teamwear specialist for Her, with a mission to promote inclusivity, diversity, and body confidence, making this collaboration a natural fit with England Netball’s NETBALLHer initiative, that offers women and girls with the tools and resources they need to show up authentically and thrive in the sport at all life stages. A crucial component of the cooperation will be having access to a netball kit option for grassroots clubs.
Vitality Roses fans will also be able to purchase a variety of official and casual Nike products to express their support for the national team.
