The Italian football club, AC Milan, and Emirates, the largest airline in the Middle East, have officially renewed their longstanding partnership, marking a major milestone in one of football’s most iconic collaborations.

Under the new agreement, Emirates will continue as the club’s principal partner, official airline partner, and official men’s jersey partner for the next five years, extending their relationship through the 2030 season.

The renewed deal is valued at €100 million over five years, equivalent to €20 million per season, highlighting the enduring commercial strength of the partnership. Emirates’ ‘Fly Better’ logo will remain prominently displayed on the front of AC Milan’s men’s first-team shirts across all major competitions, including Serie A, Coppa Italia, UEFA tournaments, and international friendlies.

Beyond shirt sponsorship, the collaboration will extend to AC Milan Academy youth players, reflecting a shared commitment to nurturing the next generation of football talent. Fans around the world can also expect exclusive digital content, premium hospitality experiences, and innovative global fan engagement initiatives, including watch parties in key international cities.

The renewal underscores the strategic importance of the Middle East for AC Milan, particularly following the inauguration of Casa Milan Dubai in 2023. It also coincides with the 25th anniversary of flights between Milan and Dubai, strengthening both cultural and economic ties.

Commenting on the occasion, Maikel Oettle, Chief Commercial Officer of AC Milan, said, “The renewal of our partnership with Emirates stands as testimony to one of the most historic and admired collaborations in football, a shared journey that looks to the future with ambition and vision. Emirates will continue to stand by our side, helping us strengthen the Club’s solid foundations and, together, connect new generations of fans around the world while creating unique experiences that go far beyond the pitch.”

Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airlines, added, “We are thrilled to extend our partnership with AC Milan. This collaboration, built on shared values and a mutual commitment to excellence, has created unforgettable experiences for millions of fans worldwide. Our deep-rooted relationship with Italy makes this extension a natural next step, as we continue to connect Milan and other Italian cities to the world through Dubai, while bringing Rossoneri fans across our global network closer to their favourite club and players.”

Emirates has a long-standing history of sports sponsorships, including partnerships with FC Bayern Munich, World Rugby, ATP, Lyon, Australian Open, SailGP, among others. For AC Milan, key commercial partners include Clivet , WINBET, Reals, Bitpanda, SPRIBE, TIM, and many more.

On the pitch, AC Milan currently sit third in Serie A with four wins, one loss, and one draw. The team’s upcoming fixtures include matches against ACF Fiorentina, Pisa SC, and Atalanta B.C.

The extended agreement not only reinforces the relationship between these two global icons but also promises to enhance the football experience for fans, players, and stakeholders worldwide.
