E. Infra signs data sponsorship with Nordic World Ski Championship

German technology company E. Infra has signed a partnership deal with the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2021 to become the official Data Partner. The deal was brokered by the Infront agency, the exclusive media, and marketing agency for the International Ski Federation (FIS) event.

This sponsorship agreement involves incentives for E. Infra such as a composite logo with the event, multiple logos inserts on TV during the tournament, and prominent positioning on the back of the ski jumping start wall, on the start signal and scoreboards close to the finish area.

The communication technology manufacturer will also provide the championship with wi-fi infrastructure in all VIP areas at the venue.

Michael Witta, vice-president marketing sales at Infront, is backing the Ski championship to be one of the biggest events during the winter calendar in 2021.

Witta said, “A cumulative TV audience of over 205 million in 2019 proves that this is a valuable platform for sponsors like E.Infra with competitions held across the three disciplines of ski jumping, cross-country skiing and Nordic combined.”

The FIS Nordic World Ski Championships has already extended a long-term association with renewable solutions specialists Stora Enso. Tridem Sports agency had negotiated the deal for the tournament.
