The SA20 unit, Durban’s Super Giants have made the first addition to their sponsorship portfolio with East Coast Radio.
In this development, East Coast Radio has been named the official radio partners by the team for the inaugural edition of the competition.
The franchise unveiled this new collaboration through its social media handles, with the caption, “We are eXXtremely delighted and are looking forward to this #SuperGiant partnership“
The Durban-based team is owned by RPSG Sports Private Limited, who are also the owners of the Indian Premier League (IPL) team, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). Durban’s Super Giants will be helmed by the dynamic South African opener, Quinton de Kock, with Keshav Maharaj and Jason Holder accompanying him.
East Coast Radio is one of the most profound radio stations in South Africa. It is a KwaZulu-Natal commercial South African radio station, which has an estimated audience of five million.
The first edition of SA20 will kick start on January 10, 2023, with MI Cape Town taking on Paarl Royals. Durban’s Super Giants will commence their SA20 campaign on Friday, January 13 against MI Cape Town.
SA20 has also signed the dotted lines with Betway as its title sponsor. Viacom18 has been provided with exclusive rights to SA20.
