Delhi Capitals name Bisleri as official hydration partner

In the course of the three-year partnership, Bisleri will take the lead in its hydration narrative and step up its efforts to engage with young people.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) team, Delhi Capitals (DC) have signed a new sponsorship deal with the packaged drinking water brand, Bisleri. As part of the deal, the brand will serve as the team’s official hydration partner.

In the course of the three-year partnership, Bisleri will take the lead in its hydration narrative and step up its efforts to engage with young people. The relationship will officially launch with the upcoming cricket season.

The bottled water company, Bisleri International is well known for its self-named brand. Ramesh Chauhan founded the business, which offers bottled water and soft beverages.

With 135 functioning units, a network of 3,000 distributors, and 5,000 distribution trucks, Bisleri conducts most of its business in India. Moreover, Bisleri sells its goods on other online retailers’ websites as well as its own e-commerce platform.

With a legacy spanning 50 years, Bisleri also strengthened its narrative of hydration by partnering up with teams like Mumbai Indians (MI) and Gujarat Titans (GT). It has lately worked with a number of national marathons and intends to keep up its focused efforts to develop relationships and engagement with young people by advancing the hydration story through various platforms.

In the Women’s Premier League (WPL), Delhi Capitals named Meg Lanning as their leader for the maiden season. Lanning, who currently holds the women’s T20I captaincy record, will be assisted by the Indian rising star, Jemimah Rodrigues. The Capitals will begin their inaugural WPL season against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on March 5 at the Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai.
