DAZN is accelerating its push into the U.S. sports market while simultaneously expanding its role as a global distributor of American sports, following a series of acquisitions and rights agreements that broaden its consumer, commercial and technology capabilities.

The latest move is an agreement to acquire EverPass Media, the U.S. commercial sports distribution platform founded by RedBird Capital Partners and 32 Equity, the NFL’s strategic investment arm.

Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN Group, said, “This is an important step in DAZN’s journey to become a global home of sport. EverPass Media gives us a proven commercial distribution platform, deep relationships across U.S. venues, and an attractive portfolio of premium rights that perfectly complements our growing U.S. business. DAZN can now serve every type of customer in the U.S. – from individual sports fans using the DAZN app to commercial venues looking to provide the best possible viewing experience for their customers.

“We are excited to welcome RedBird, 32 Equity and TKO as shareholders in DAZN. With RedBird’s track record of building and partnering with category-defining businesses – combined with our years-long, successful relationship with the NFL – we are in a strong position to accelerate our vision and play an increasingly meaningful role in the U.S. sports market.”

Following completion, EverPass have become DAZN for Business, with its technology forming the foundation of DAZN’s next-generation commercial distribution platform. EverPass holds exclusive commercial distribution rights to NFL Sunday Ticket and serves bars, restaurants, hotels and other venues. RedBird, 32 Equity and TKO Group Holdings have become minority shareholders in DAZN.

The acquisition builds on DAZN’s wider U.S. expansion. In April, DAZN agreed to acquire ViewLift, a streaming and digital technology provider embedded in U.S. sports, with the transaction completed this month. ViewLift adds direct-to-consumer, fan-engagement and monetisation capabilities, alongside relationships with U.S. professional teams and regional sports networks.

DAZN has subsequently expanded its U.S. rights portfolio, becoming the exclusive streaming home of the Indiana Pacers in their local market and securing direct-to-consumer partnerships with YES Network and MSG Networks, covering properties including the Yankees, Knicks, Nets, Rangers, Devils, Islanders and Sabres.

Internationally, DAZN has launched its NCAA College Sports channel in more than 200 markets outside the U.S., offering college football and basketball from major conferences, alongside the College Football Playoff and March Madness.

It has also secured exclusive international rights to the inaugural College Swimming League season, with all six regular-season matches, the Wild Card and championship available free to viewers outside the U.S.

The strategy extends beyond traditional U.S. sports. DAZN’s multi-year global agreement with IFAF covers international flag football competitions, available free to view in more than 200 markets ahead of the sport’s Olympic debut at Los Angeles 2028.

Taken together, the moves position DAZN as more than a sports streaming service. It is building an integrated sports distribution business spanning technology, local rights, commercial venues, consumer subscriptions and global media distribution, giving DAZN a stronger foothold in the U.S. while creating new international audiences for American sports.
