D2H appoints Rishabh Pant as brand ambassador

D2H has been India's fastest growing DTH brand for the last four years.

The Indian direct broadcast satellite service provider, D2H has appointed the Indian cricketer, Rishabh Pant as its new brand ambassador. For the next two years, he will be featured in 360-degree brand communication.

D2H has been India’s fastest growing DTH brand for the last four years. Formerly known as Videocon D2H, the company provides satellite television, audio programming, and interactive television services via direct broadcast satellite. D2H caters to both consumers and businesses.

It is a Dish TV-owned Indian direct broadcast satellite service provider. As of December 31, 2017, D2H had a 19% market share among pay DTH operators. After the merger of Dish TV India and D2H, the company created the largest DTH service provider in the country with approximately 29 million subscribers at the time of the merger.

Recently, the Delhi Capitals (DC) captain has also announced a partnership extension with the cricket equipment manufacturing company, Sanspareils Greenlands (SG).

The attacking wicketkeeper-batsman was last seen in action in India vs West Indies T20I series. The 24-year-old has been rested for the India vs Sri Lanka series, which is slated to begin today, i.e., February 24.
