Cadillac Formula 1 Team has announced a multi-year partnership with high-performance digital infrastructure provider Core Scientific, which joins the organisation as its data center partner.

The collaboration sees Core Scientific support Cadillac’s growing technology and performance infrastructure, providing expertise in high-density data centre solutions that are essential to the modern Formula 1 development environment. The partnership will focus on enabling the computing capacity required for telemetry analysis, simulation workloads and engineering data processing across the team’s operations.

Formula 1 teams generate vast amounts of data across every race weekend, from real-time telemetry collected from the car to simulation models used to optimise race strategy and accelerate vehicle development. High-performance computing infrastructure plays a critical role in analysing this data quickly, allowing teams to refine car performance and make informed strategic decisions throughout the season.

Through the agreement, Core Scientific will help power the digital backbone of Cadillac’s Formula 1 programme, supporting the advanced computing environments used for aerodynamic simulations, performance analytics and car development.

Adam Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer of Core Scientific, said, “Cadillac Formula 1® Team’s entry into Formula 1® marks a historic moment in American motorsport. We’re proud to support the team’s data and technology strategy through our expertise in designing, building and operating high-density data centres engineered for the world’s most demanding workloads.”

Cadillac Formula 1® Team Global Head of Commercial Strategy, Tyler Epp, added, “Building an F1 team from the ground up offers us the opportunity to build custom-fit systems and processes for the task at hand. We are pleased to work with Core Scientific to create the best infrastructure solutions to realise our future ambitions.”

Core Scientific branding made its race debut with the team at the Australian Grand Prix and will continue to feature across Cadillac’s on-track and off-track assets as part of the multi-year agreement.

The company joins a growing roster of partners supporting the team’s inaugural campaign, including TWG, Tenneco, América Móvil, IFS, Jim Beam and Tommy Hilfiger.

As Cadillac continues to assemble the technical and commercial foundations of its Formula 1 project, the partnership with Core Scientific further strengthens the team’s digital infrastructure as it prepares to compete against the sport’s established teams.
