To capitalize on the heightened viewership during the tournament, CoinSwitch has launched its new campaign, "Switch to CoinSwitch."

The Indian cryptocurrency leader, CoinSwitch has partnered with SonyLIV, the digital broadcaster of the UEFA Euro 2024 in India.

This strategic move aims to significantly boost CoinSwitch’s brand awareness among the nation’s passionate sports fans.

To capitalize on the heightened viewership during the tournament, CoinSwitch has launched its new campaign, “Switch to CoinSwitch,” running from June 15 to July 15, 2024.

Developed by the acclaimed creative agency The Script Room, the campaign tackles two key hurdles deterring potential crypto investors: fear of market volatility and perceived complexity. Through targeted messaging, CoinSwitch aims to make cryptocurrency investing more approachable and less daunting for the Indian public.

Talking about the campaign, Balaji Srihari, Business Head, CoinSwitch, said, “Love for football is sweeping the world, and India is no exception. During the last tournament in 2020, millions of viewers tuned in to watch the entire event and we are hoping that viewership will grow even more this year. With this engaged audience profile, the UEFA Euro Cup 2024 presents a perfect opportunity for us to connect with our target audience.

“With the approval of ETFs, crypto has achieved significant institutional acceptance globally, attracting even traditional asset managers like BlackRock and Fidelity and solidifying its position as a valuable asset class. Now, more than ever, it is crucial for investors to understand crypto and its fundamentals. We are launching this campaign to demonstrate that crypto assets can be a part of Indian investors’ diversified portfolio.”

CoinSwitch’s partnership with SonyLIV and the “Switch to CoinSwitch” campaign signify a significant push towards fostering a more informed and confident crypto trading community in India. This initiative is poised to contribute to the wider acceptance and growth of digital assets within the country.

CoinSwitch, India’s largest crypto platform with over two crore registered users, offers trading in over 100 cryptocurrencies. Founded in 2017, the company is at the forefront of making cryptocurrency accessible to Indian investors.

The Script Room, established in 2019, is a Mumbai and Bangalore-based advertising agency renowned for award-winning video content, including commercials for Netflix, Britannia, and MyCircle11.
