The golf cart manufacturer, Club Car has renewed its partnership with European golf’s DP World Tour and the prestigious biennial Ryder Cup, extending the collaboration ahead of the tournament’s 2025 edition.

With this deal, the brand has become the official supplier of the DP World Tour until the end of the 2027 season, and Ryder Cup’s worldwide supplier until 2027. The DP World Tour and Club Car have had a long-standing cooperation since 1999, and its cars are critical to the staging of DP World Tour tournaments across the world, covering a wide range of tournament operations and logistics from regulations to television production.

For the last 16 Ryder Cups, Club Car has supplied team automobiles, support vehicles, and staging fleets.

The Augusta, Georgia-based business was named a Worldwide Supplier to golf’s greatest team challenge for the 2023 match in Rome, and will maintain that position for the 2025 and 2027 matches, which will be held in Bethpage, New York and Adare Manor, Ireland, respectively.

Marco Natale, Vice President EMEA for Club Car, said, “Our partnership with the Ryder Cup and the DP World Tour has been a cornerstone of our commitment to the game of golf for over 25 years. This enduring relationship reflects a shared passion for excellence and innovation, and we are proud to have played a part in the phenomenal growth of both competitions.”

Max Hamilton, Executive Commercial Director of the European Tour Group, said, “Club Car has been a trusted partner for over two decades and their products are vital to the smooth operation of our tournaments. Their global distribution network and excellent local support service make them the ideal partner for a global Tour that visits new countries each week, and one of the biggest and most complex single events in sport in the Ryder Cup. We look forward to continuing our successful partnership.”

The DP World Tour’s Club Car competition fleet is now in action, supporting the European Swing, which consists of six events spread across the continent over eight weeks. Tempo golf carts and Carryall utility vehicles will provide critical support for event setup and delivery, with double-decker trucks transporting them from one location to another.
