The Premier League (PL) side, Chelsea FC have unveiled a long-term global pact with the Dubai-based DAMAC Properties.
Per the association, the company from the Gulf has been named by the club as its official property development partner. In addition, DAMAC’s logo will also be featured on the front of Chelsea FC’s shirt for the remainder of the ongoing season.
The association’s focal point is to manufacture a soccer-themed real estate project called Chelsea Residences by DAMAC.

The Emirati property development entity, DAMAC Properties, is situated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and was founded by Hussain Sajwani. The entity was listed on the Dubai Financial Market in the first half of 2015.
Chelsea have been on a sponsorship signing spree since the commencement of the year, as the club signed agreements with Ticketmaster, FPT Corporation, Live Nation, Twilio, Roobet, and Constant Contact.
On the field, the Pensioners will next take on Liverpool FC at home on Sunday, May 4, at 4:30 PM IST.
