One of the renowned real estate developers in South India, Casagrand has unveiled the former Indian captain, Sourav Ganguly as its new brand ambassador.
As of 2023, Casagrand has been involved in over 140 projects and 40,000 homes across Chennai, Coimbatore, Bengaluru and Hyderabad and is aiming to venture beyond the South and present itself as a pan-India entity. The company is also working on releasing an integrated marketing campaign named ‘Transforming Lives’.
In its quest to become a company widely known throughout the landscape of India, Casagrand roped in the former President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The Maharaja of Indian Cricket’s following throughout the country is likely to provide the necessary eyeballs and help the company enhance its reach.
While addressing the media, Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director, Casagrand, said, “We are venturing into Maharashtra. We would add Pune and Mumbai soon as markets. We are on the verge of signing up some lands in Pune and we want to add 20 million sq ft in three years’ time.”
“About five years back, we were just a Chennai player but now we have Bengaluru (17 projects), Hyderabad (6 projects), we have a project in Coimbatore and now we are signing up a project in Pune to venture into Maharashtra. So, we have been aggressive in our growth and we have added verticals,” Arun added.
On the association with Ganguly, Arun said, “We are delighted to join hands with Dada and have him on board as our national brand ambassador. His persona as a passionate sportsman with unshakable optimism and his leadership in transforming the Indian cricket team have been a true inspiration for us at Casagrand because belief, aggressive growth, innovation, fairness and passion have been our DNA since the inception. We welcome Ganguly to the Casagrand family and we look forward to an exciting journey ahead.”
The 51-year-old’s purple patch on the endorsement pitch continues as earlier this year, Dada also bagged endorsement associations with JustMyRoots, Tripura Tourism, and Rana Group.
