BYJU’s unveils #HallaMachaDe anthem ahead of ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2022

BYJU’s has released the anthem #HallaMachaDe to support the Indian women’s national cricket team as they compete in the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2022. The enthusiastic and foot-tapping song aims to encourage citizens of the country to cheer for the ‘Women in Blue’ who are currently in New Zealand for the competition.

BYJU’s is an ed-tech company that provides learning programmes for students from LKG, UKG, classes 1 – 12 (K-12), to students appearing in competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, CAT, and IAS.

The film and anthem, which were conceptualised and produced by the BYJU’s creative team, celebrates the passion of the women’s national cricket team and the feeling of togetherness that a sport like cricket brings to Indians, the company said in a press release.

The ad film features talented female players and highlights their spirit, intensity, and dedication to the game. The tagline ‘Balla utha ke, Halla Macha de’ encourages and motivates the Women in Blue to give their all and make history, with lyrics written by the BYJU’s brand and creative strategy team and vocals by Punjabi singer, Daler Mehndi.

India will kick off their ICC Women’s World Cup 2022 campaign with a high-voltage match against Pakistan on March 6 at 6:30 AM IST.
