BYJU’s becomes global sponsor of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

BYJU's will curate unique promotional campaigns to engage with football fans around the globe.

One of the global leading EdTech companies, BYJU’s has been appointed as the official sponsor of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Through this development, BYJU’s has become the first EdTech company to sponsor this iconic event globally.

As per the agreement, BYJU’s will curate unique promotional campaigns to engage with football fans around the globe. The company’s logo will also be featured on the marks, assets and emblems of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. In addition, the Indian company will also create creative educational content.

BYJU’s has shown a massive interest in sponsoring sports teams and competitions. The Indian EdTech company inked a jersey sponsorship deal with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in 2019. Recently, BYJU’s signed a contract extension with the BCCI till 2023. In September last year, BYJU’s also renewed its partnership with the Indian Super League (ISL) club, Kerala Blasters.

BYJU’s also teamed up with Disney Star for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022.
