BWT Alpine Formula One Team has expanded its technology lineup by signing a multi-year partnership with Avature as the team’s AI platform partner for human capital management.
The agreement, unveiled during the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend, is already underway and will become fully visible across the 2026 Formula 1 season.
Avature, the global enterprise human capital management software company, will support Alpine in building a more advanced talent strategy as the team prepares for the next regulatory cycle. The platform will assist with recruitment, development, and retention across all departments, giving Alpine access to configurable AI tools designed to manage specialist engineering, data, and performance roles.
The partnership places Avature inside one of the most data-intensive environments in world sport. It gives the company a high-visibility proving ground for its quantum-safe technologies while allowing Alpine to strengthen its internal systems at a time when technical expertise is becoming more valuable than ever.
Avature branding will appear on the Alpine A526 during the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship, with the collaboration already active behind the scenes following the conclusion of the 2025 season.
Guy Martin, Global Marketing Director, BWT Alpine Formula One Team, said, “We’re proud to begin our collaboration with Avature and can’t wait to embark on this journey with Dimitri and the team starting this weekend in Abu Dhabi. BWT Alpine Formula One Team and Avature align completely on the value our team members offer as part of a Formula One team. Each hard-fought result on the track, parts deadline in the factory, and ‘eureka moment’ in the design office comes from the impressive staff we have at our disposal. It is imperative that we add to our existing pool of talent, and thanks to Avature’s expertise, we can achieve this together.”
Dimitri Boylan, founder and CEO of Avature, added, “In the high-stakes world of Formula One, success on track starts with people. From drivers and engineers to data scientists and strategists, the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent is what makes teams competitive. BWT Alpine Formula One Team embodies the challenger spirit — taking on rivals with ingenuity and determination. That’s exactly how Avature approaches HR technology. Together, we’ll show how talent, powered by the right AI platform, can become the ultimate advantage.”
The agreement arrives as Formula 1 teams deepen their reliance on technology partners that deliver operational gains alongside commercial presence. Alpine’s decision to integrate an AI-driven human capital platform underlines its intention to build a broader and more sustainable talent pipeline to support engineering leadership, advanced simulation work, software development, and race operations.
The addition of Avature further strengthens Alpine’s commercial roster, which includes Qatar Airways, SEALSQ, BlockDAG, Claro, JET365, AtkinsRéalis, viagogo, and Castore. It marks another step in the team’s strategy to combine performance-focused partnerships with high-growth technology brands.
The collaboration positions Alpine to reinforce its internal capabilities and prepare for a competitive cycle where specialist skills and efficient team operations will play a defining role.
