Burnley have named Spreadex as their new shirt sponsor for the 2021-22 premier league season. Spreadex is a UK based company having their daily business operations in financial and sports spread betting and sports fixed-odds betting.

Spreadex logo featuring on Burnley’s upcoming kit of 2021-22 season will be revealed later this week. Previously Burnley was sponsored by LoveBet. But the Asian giants had to pull out from the sponsorship this season, as it was reported in January the company was facing financial problems.

The Spreadex Sports logo will be worn by the Clarets footballers throughout the home, away, and third kits for Burnley’s sixth consecutive top-flight season as part of the “multi-million-pound” partnership with the club. Sponsor Spreadex will also work closely with the club to help them serve the community and charity-based events which happen during the course of the season. This comes aligned with the CSR initiative of Burnley and Spreadex.

Ella Cummins, Burnley FC’s Head of Commercial Partnerships, noted, “We are delighted to welcome Spreadex as our new principal partner and have been impressed with the commitment they have already shown supporting fan initiatives and giving back to the community. We look forward to working together over the coming season on some exciting campaigns and are thrilled Spreadex has chosen Burnley Football Club for their first sports partnership.”

Furthermore, the agreement includes rights such as LED perimeter board branding, player access throughout the season, and visibility on Burnley’s website, CRM, and social media platforms.

“We are delighted to join the Burnley FC family as main sponsor at an exciting time in both the club’s and our own futures,” added Spreadex CEO, Dave MacKenzie.

“This deal reflects the ambitious growth plans Spreadex has as a company, and we’re thrilled to be partnering with a superbly-run club with such an established history and reputation.”

Through its digital platforms, the company, which is authorised by both the Uk Gambling and the Financial Conduct Authority, will offer a variety of fan interaction activities, such as ticket competitions, chances to win autographed jerseys, and other promotions. Burnley has also promised to contribute £5 to Alzheimer’s Society for every third-choice jersey sold.

The deal follows on from Burnley’s renewal with Astro Pay which will also become the official payment solutions and Sleeve sponsor.
