Brentford announces new sponsors as they make their Premier League Debut

Hollywoodbets will be the principal sponsor of the club, taking up the front spot of their jersey and SafetyCulture as its sleeve sponsor.

West London Club and new entrants for the Premier League season, Brentford, are relishing the recent attention newly promoted clubs are gaining as they approach the start date of the premier league. The new premier league season beginning on the 13th of August will feature newly promoted Norwich City, Watford, and Brentford.

Brentford has most recently announced two new sponsors along with launching their new kits. Hollywoodbets will now be the principal sponsor of the west London club taking up the front spot of their jersey.

Hollywoodbets had associated with the club as their official gambling partner in 2020 and featured on the back of the jersey for some competitions. It will be replacing the gas and electricity company Utilita.

Brentford FC has now also signed global operations platform SafetyCulture as its sleeve sponsor. The two-year contract will see the brand’s logo visible on the left sleeve of Brentford’s kit across its first team, B team, and women’s team.

The sleeve sponsorship label has initiated for Brentford upon its promotion to the Premier League, with the spot not open to clubs in the 2nd division of the English football pyramid. The club has previously signed sleeve sponsors for the English Football League Cup and FA Cup competitions.

SafetyCulture was one of several brands to show an interest in the sleeve sponsor position once the club earned promotion after a play-off final victory over Swansea City. Alongside taking the sleeve sponsor asset, SafetyCulture will also be Brentford’s Official Workplace Operations Partner, which will empower working teams to drive improvements in the workplace, using iAuditor and EdApp, the company’s flagship products.

Brentford will also continue their sponsorship deal with Umbro as they launch their new kits for the season. Umbro had signed a 4-year deal with The Bees running till 2022-23 season. Meanwhile, commercial director James Parkison and his team will also continue their search for a stadium rights sponsor as they have been since the past year.
