The National Hockey League (NHL) team, Boston Bruins have announced a new multi-year partnership with a cybersecurity firm, Rapid7. Following this deal, the company will serve as the club’s first-ever jersey patch partner.

According to the conditions of the contract negotiated by Excel Sports Management’s characteristics division, the Boston-based firm’s branding will feature on the team’s playing jerseys and practice kit throughout the 2022/23 season.

Moreover, Rapid7 will also be designated as an official cybersecurity partner with the Bruins and for the team’s TD Garden home. Along with this, Rapid7 will also obtain title sponsorship rights for the Rafters premium seating area at the downtown Boston stadium.

“We share the same mission and core values with our commitment to give back to our community and deliver an exceptional product to our customers. We’re excited to work together to make a positive impact on the New England community for many years to come.”

Corey Thomas, Chairman and Chief Executive, Rapid7, commented, “Joining the Boston Bruins family as the first-ever jersey patch and official cybersecurity partner is an honour and incredible opportunity for both brands to make a lasting impact on our customers and communities.
