This landmark deal sees the global financial institution continue its long-standing support of the prestigious tournament through 2029, further solidifying its position as the longest-running title sponsor in the event’s history.

The renewed agreement underscores the enduring and mutually beneficial partnership between the financial institution and the world-class tennis event held annually at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in California. Since becoming the title sponsor in 2009, the global bank’s unwavering commitment has been instrumental in the prestigious tournament’s remarkable growth, enhanced global recognition, and consistent delivery of a premier experience for players and fans alike.

Under BNP Paribas’s stewardship, the premier tennis tournament in Indian Wells has achieved unprecedented success. The tournament has consistently broken attendance records, most recently welcoming an impressive 493,440 attendees in 2024. Beyond its on-court achievements, the event has become a vital economic engine for the Coachella Valley and has been honoured with the prestigious ATP and WTA Tournament of the Year awards for an unparalleled ten consecutive years, a testament to its exceptional standards.
