The French Formula 1 outfit, BWT Alpine Formula One Team, has unveiled a strategic multi-year partnership with BlockDAG, naming the high-performance Layer One blockchain protocol as its exclusive blockchain partner.

The collaboration marks a bold step in integrating cutting-edge blockchain technology with the high-speed world of F1.

The partnership has introduced immersive fan experiences during Grand Prix weekends, allowing supporters to engage directly with the team through dedicated fan zones, hands-on simulations, and interactions with BWT Alpine’s show car. Beyond fan engagement, the alliance will host hackathons and developer showcases, connecting motorsport enthusiasts with the blockchain developer community. Digital integrations will link Formula One with decentralized Web3 tools, while BlockDAG will also feature at major blockchain conferences, amplifying the platform’s global reach.
