The gaming technology company, Razer, has strengthened its presence in competitive esports through a multi-year partnership with BLAST Premier, becoming the Counter-Strike 2 tournament circuit’s official headset partner.

The two-year agreement covers 12 BLAST Premier events through 2028 and will debut at BLAST Premier Rivals Hong Kong, taking place from November 11 to 15, 2026.

Under the partnership, Razer will have a presence across BLAST Premier’s live events, broadcasts and digital platforms, while its headsets will be integrated into the professional competition environment. The agreement will also include fan activations aimed at bringing Razer closer to BLAST Premier’s global Counter-Strike audience.

The Razer BlackShark V3 Pro will serve as the partnership’s featured product. Designed for competitive gaming, the headset incorporates HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 technology, TriForce Bio-Cellulose 50 mm Gen-2 drivers, Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation and a detachable HyperClear microphone.

Steve Rossi, Senior Vice President of Brand Partnerships at BLAST, said, “Razer has a long-standing reputation for building products with competitive players at the centre. Bringing Razer headsets to BLAST Premier strengthens the stage environment for our teams and connects one of esports’ most established brands with Counter-Strike fans around the world.”

Jeffrey Chau, Global Esports Director at Razer, added, “Esports is where we prove our technology, learn from the world’s best, and set the standard for competitive performance. BLAST Premier gives us a global Counter-Strike stage to do that consistently. When a round can turn on a single audio cue, players need absolute clarity and total confidence in their gear, and that is what we are bringing to every event.”

For BLAST, the agreement adds a major gaming hardware brand to its commercial ecosystem while creating a dedicated headset category partnership across its Counter-Strike properties. For Razer, the deal provides sustained exposure to professional players, broadcasts and fans across multiple international events.

The partnership arrives as BLAST continues to expand its Counter-Strike ecosystem, with the organiser increasing its investment in teams and competition from 2027. It also reflects the broader evolution of esports sponsorships, where brands are increasingly combining visibility rights with product integration, player validation and direct consumer engagement.
