The Indian cricket star, Shreyas Iyer, has partnered with Bhagavad Gita for All (BGFA), a technology-driven spiritual platform, to draw on the timeless teachings of the Bhagavad Gita for mental clarity, composure, and resilience.
The collaboration aims to inspire individuals to apply the scripture’s principles of balance and self-awareness in both personal and professional spheres.
Founded by Prithviraaj Shetty, BGFA positions itself as a “faith-tech” initiative, merging ancient wisdom with modern technology to help users navigate stress, decision-making, and performance in high-pressure environments. The platform features video interpretations of the Gita’s verses, curated lessons for personal and professional growth, and an AI-powered digital guide, My Krishna, for reflective learning.
Since its inception, BGFA has reportedly engaged over 100,000 users and distributed more than 10,000 copies of its companion book within ten months. Iyer’s association is expected to expand the platform’s reach among younger audiences, particularly within sports and wellness communities.
On the announcement, Prithviraaj Shetty, Founder of Bhagavad Gita for All, said, “Schools and workplaces teach knowledge and skills, but not wisdom. We are bridging this gap by offering a framework for resilience, clarity, and leadership. Shreyas Iyer is among the finest batsmen in the world, and performing at that level demands focus and calm even in the most intense moments. He personifies what the Gita teaches – the art of staying balanced amidst every challenge.”
Shreyas Iyer said, “The Bhagavad Gita for All is not just a book; it’s a companion that helps you reflect, stay balanced, and find purpose amidst challenges. It’s beautifully designed and so relevant for today’s generation.”
BGFA’s offerings, including a video-based book, immersive mobile app, and AI companion, are designed to integrate reflective thinking into daily routines, making ancient wisdom practical for contemporary lifestyles. The partnership underscores a growing interest in blending spirituality, wellness, and performance psychology, particularly in Indian sport, where athlete mental health and holistic development are increasingly prioritized.
The platform has previously collaborated with celebrities such as Suniel Shetty, Shilpa Shetty, Shamita Shetty, and Vidyut Jammwal. Its association with Iyer signals a strategic move to engage Gen Z and Millennials, while simultaneously entering conversations around high-performance leadership, mental conditioning, and emotional well-being in professional and educational ecosystems.
