The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) has announced JioHotstar as the Bengal T20 League‘s official streaming partner for the 2026 season.
The upcoming edition will include eight men’s and eight women’s teams, with matches planned in two Kolkata venues from June 5 to June 21, 2026. All men’s matches will be played in Eden Gardens, while the women’s competition will be held at the JU Salt Lake Campus.
The men’s competition will begin on Friday, June 5, with Adamas Howrah Warriors taking on Novus Royals Purulia at Eden Gardens at 7 PM. The men’s competition has eight franchises: Adamas Howrah Warriors, Novus Royals Purulia, Murshidabad Kings, Sobisco Smashers Malda, Shrachi Tribes Rarh Tigers, Servotech Siliguri Strikers, Rashmi Nes Medinipur Wizards, and Kolkata Royal Tigers. The league stage will last till June 19, with the semi-finals on June 20 and the final on June 21.
The women’s competition will begin on Saturday, June 6, with Kolkata Royal Tigers facing Novus Royals Purulia at 9 AM at the JU Salt Lake Campus. The following women’s teams will compete: Kolkata Royal Tigers, Novus Royals Purulia, Murshidabad Queens, Sobisco Smashers Malda, Shrachi Tribes Rarh Tigers, Servotech Siliguri Strikers, Rashmi Nes Medinipur Wizards, and Adamas Howrah Warriors. The women’s league stage will likewise run until June 19, with the semi-finals and finals set for June 20 and 21, respectively.
Now in its third season, the Bengal T20 League has quickly established itself as one of India’s top state franchise T20 events. The CAB-organised competition has become an essential venue for finding and fostering new cricketing talent from around Bengal, while also boosting the state’s domestic cricket framework.
