Beatit Entertainment has secured a major live entertainment mandate from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), strengthening its footprint across India’s top-tier domestic cricket properties.
Under the agreement, Beatit Entertainment has been appointed to deliver match-day entertainment for the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026, alongside the Indian Premier League (IPL) playoff match scheduled to be staged in New Chandigarh.
The mandate encompasses the end-to-end planning and execution of in-stadium entertainment, with Beatit responsible for conceptualising and delivering immersive fan engagement experiences across match days. This includes the integration of light and sound shows, synchronised fireworks, interactive elements, and technology-led fan engagement formats designed to enhance both the live stadium atmosphere and the broadcast spectacle.
The appointment reflects the BCCI’s continued push to elevate the match-day experience beyond on-field action, aligning live cricket with global standards of sports entertainment and fan engagement. The focus is particularly significant for the Women’s Premier League, which continues to grow as a commercial and cultural property within Indian sport.
In parallel with its BCCI responsibilities, Beatit Entertainment has also been named venue operations and entertainment partner by the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association for matches hosted at the Dharamshala Cricket Stadium. This broader role includes stadium entertainment programming, hospitality experiences, visual branding, and coordination of ceremonial and mid-innings activations.
By combining central BCCI mandates with venue-level operations, Beatit Entertainment is positioning itself as an integrated partner for live sports experiences rather than a standalone entertainment vendor. The dual responsibilities enable tighter coordination among match presentation, stadium operations, and fan engagement strategies.
The latest appointments underline the growing importance of experiential elements in Indian cricket, as rights holders and venues increasingly prioritise atmosphere, audience participation, and shareable moments as key drivers of fan retention, sponsorship value, and broadcast appeal.
