The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued a Request for Quotations (RFQ) from reputable organisations to obtain the ‘Official Partner Rights’ for the Women’s Premier League (WPL) through a tender procedure.
The RFQ outlines the specific terms and conditions for submitting and evaluating bids. The RFQ will be made accessible upon payment of a non-refundable cost of INR 1,00,000 plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax. The deadline to acquire the RFQ is November 12, 2025. Any clarifications concerning the RFQ must be requested before November 14, 2025. Finally, the deadline for submitting the Proposal Documents is November 21, 2025. All participants are requested to closely stick to these dates in order to enable seamless processing and evaluation.
Interested parties are asked to submit the payment information for the purchase of the RFQ to rfq@bcci.tv, following the protocol outlined in ANNEXURE A. It is stressed that the RFQ papers will only be released when the non-refundable RFQ cost has been paid.
Any interested party seeking to submit a quotation must buy the RFQ. Unless otherwise stated, only quotations for ‘Product Categories’ that are not mentioned as (i) Blocked Product Categories or (ii) Prohibited Product Categories in Annexure B to this RFQ will be considered. Any quotation for a Blocked or Prohibited Product Category is ineligible and will be considered non-compliant. It is stated that simply obtaining the RFQ does not authorise anyone to submit a quote.
