BCCI invites quotations for Broadcast Graphics Services of domestic matches

The RFQ will be made accessible on receipt of the sum of a non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has invited quotations from several renowned entities to earn the rights of the broadcasting graphics services that includes the organisation of hardware and faculty, which is to be used during the live telecast of domestic games in India, through a tender process. 

Subsequently, BCCI is delivering an application for Quotation for Provision of Broadcast Graphics Services (Equipment and Personnel) used during the live production of BCCI domestic matches (Broadcast and Digital) (“RFQ”), which provides detailed terms and conditions governing the submission and evaluation of quotations.

The RFQ will be made accessible on receipt of the sum of a non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only), excluding any applicable Goods and Services Tax. This will be available for purchase only till the 19th of November.

It is also clearly mentioned according to the BCCI website, those sustaining the eligibility criteria set out in the RFQ and subject to the other terms and conditions set out therein, shall be eligible to submit a quotation. It is clarified that only buying the RFQ does not entitle any person to submit a quotation.” 

“BCCI has the right to abandon or amend the RFQ process at any stage in any manner without giving out any reason.”

With Syed Mushtaq Ali currently being played in India, the Star network holds the deal to broadcast domestic matches and will continue to do so for the rest of the season.
