The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has invited bids for providing services concerning the supply of equipment and associated services for broadcasting BCCI events through a tender process.
All the detailed services, terms and conditions that apply to the submission and evaluation of the bids, including eligibility requirements and performance obligations are all included in the Request for Proposal document which is available on receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee to the BCCI of INR 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lac Only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax.
The Request for Proposal document will be available for purchase till 27th September 2021.
BCCI had also recently extended the timelines of the tender process for new IPL teams till October 10 and had also announced the appointment of the new Junior Selection Committee members.
Keeping the T20 World Cup in mind, the BCCI has requested IPL franchises to rest the key Indian players to manage the workload ahead of the marquee international event. The T20 World Cup will commence in the UAE itself right after the IPL 2021.
