Bayern Munich enhances fan experience with Adobe

Adobe's suite of customer management will be utilised by the Bundesliga club in the partnership.

The Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich and the software company, Adobe have inked a multi-year technology collaboration. The objective of this association is to expedite Bayern Munich’s digital transformation and enhance fan experience around the globe. 

Adobe’s suite of customer management will be utilised by the Bundesliga club in the partnership to maintain a healthy relationship with the fans worldwide and to develop unique digital experiences. 

Bayern will receive detailed customer data from Adobe’s Experience Cloud that will help the club to provide real-time notifications through selected digital platforms. 

The technology will provide information that will help the club to understand fans in different regions and curate digital experiences accordingly. There would a constant communication between fans and the team through these developments. 

The fans of the club will receive up-to-date notifications, which include video content, availability of a ticket at the last moment and discounts on merchandise. The association with enhanced facilities will never let the fans miss a moment of the game whether they are in the stadium or at home or away from the screen. 

To digitize cooperation with partners, employees and fans, the club will utilise Adobe Document Cloud.

The defending champions commenced their Bundesliga 2022/23 campaign on a higher note after defeating Eintracht Frankfurt 6-1 earlier today.
