West Indies Cricket Board has made multiple new selections for the tour of Banglades. High-profile players from the visiting contingent who have opted out of the Bangladesh tour. The pandemic has been the cause for concern while travelling away from home. Despite multiple absentees, West Indies will be able to field exciting team against Bangladesh.

The visitors will have two uncapped players in the Test squad, while nine such players will be making their debut in one-day international series. Despite all the obstacles, the series between is well set to have an extremely competitive edge.

It is certain that it is going to be a hard tour for the visitors as the hosts are a formidable opposition in home conditions. The Bangladesh has the formula to beat the top-sides at home. Over the years, they have clinched some famous series wins in the 50-overs format against India, Pakistan, and South Africa.

Bangladesh have showcased their capabilities to the world on multiple occasions. From knocking off India and England in the World cups to defeating Australia in tests at home, Bangladesh has come up with some big results over the years. They also managed to stun New Zealand in the Champions Trophy 2017.
