Bajaj Auto, in association with Pune District, Government of Maharashtra, has announced a landmark partnership with Pune Grand Tour, India’s first-ever UCI 2.2 approved, multi-day, multi-stage international cycling road race.
With this deal, the brand has become the event’s title sponsor. The Bajaj Pune Grand Tour, organised by the Pune District Collector and backed by the Government of Maharashtra, will mark India’s debut on the global cycling circuit as a UCI 2.2 category road race. The Cycling Federation of India (CFI), Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC), and Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) will organise a four-stage race from January 19 to 23, 2026.
The multi-year association promotes the qualities of adventure, invention, and exploration, which reflect the spirit of modern racing.

The Bajaj Pune Grand Tour 2026 will involve continental teams and national federations competing for glory in a four-stage, 437-kilometer race in January 2026, with the goal of securing Pune and India’s permanent spot on the UCI’s world cycling calendar.
