Perk, the global work automation platform, has signed a multi-year agreement to become the official work automation partner of the future Audi F1 Team, adding a high-value operational partner to Audi’s selective commercial roster ahead of its 2026 Formula 1 debut.

The partnership will see Perk deploy its AI-driven operating system across the team’s administrative and logistics backbone. The technology will support core functions including travel coordination, expense management, invoice processing and internal approvals. With a 24-race calendar and a large travelling workforce, these automated workflows are expected to streamline one of the most complex parts of the team’s global operations. Perk branding will feature across select team assets as Audi continues building its presence in the sport.

Jonathan Wheatley, Team Principal of the future Audi F1 Team, said, “We’re thrilled to welcome Perk as our partner. Behind every race is an immense logistical effort, and with Formula 1’s demanding global calendar, which requires precise travel management for hundreds of people, the scale and complexity of operations are immense. Every little detail matters; everything and everyone contributes to winning. Perk’s technology brings intelligence and efficiency to one of the most demanding parts of our operation, empowering our teams to operate with maximum focus, performance and precision.”

Avi Meir, CEO and Co-founder of Perk, added, “The future Audi F1 Team embodies what we stand for at Perk: ambition backed by action. As we enter a new era at Perk, disrupting the industry and transforming how people and companies work, there’s no better team to partner with than the future Audi F1 Team. We’re proud to support the team in powering real work and helping them focus on performing at their best on track.”

The agreement aligns with Audi’s premium partner strategy as it prepares to take over Sauber and enter the championship in 2026. The team has brought in a select group of strategic and technical partners, including Revolut as title partner, bp for fuel and lubricants, Visit Qatar as principal partner and adidas for apparel and team wear.

Perk’s arrival strengthens the operational structure Audi is building ahead of its first competitive season. With the sport’s cost cap era placing greater emphasis on efficiency, and with global travel demands continuing to rise, the integration of a specialist workflow automation partner signals Audi’s long-term commitment to building a high-performance foundation off the track as well as on it.

Audi is expected to further expand its technical and commercial partnerships through 2025 as preparations continue for the team’s full factory entry into Formula 1 the following year.
