The ATP and Infosys have announced the extension of their global digital innovation partnership through 2028, strengthening one of the longest-running and most established technology collaborations in international professional sport.

The renewed agreement builds on a partnership that began in 2015 and has since played a central role in transforming how men’s professional tennis uses data, analytics, and digital platforms to engage fans, support players, and enhance the sport’s commercial and media ecosystem.

Under the extension, Infosys will continue as the ATP’s official digital innovation partner, working closely with the Tour to develop and deliver advanced digital platforms, data-led insights, and AI-driven fan engagement solutions across the ATP Tour calendar. The collaboration focuses on turning complex tennis data into intuitive, accessible experiences for fans, broadcasters, and stakeholders worldwide.

As part of the next phase of the partnership, Infosys will collaborate with the ATP in 2026 on a new bespoke content series designed to showcase tennis data, insights, and match statistics through richer storytelling. The initiative aims to bring fans closer to on-court action by contextualising performance, momentum, and player narratives in a more engaging and immersive format. Infosys will also begin working directly with players through a dedicated activation programme, featuring digital promotions and VIP hospitality experiences at select ATP tournaments.

Chris Dix, ATP Chief Technology Officer, said, “Over the past decade, Infosys has played a key role in strengthening our sport through digital solutions. As data becomes increasingly central to how we operate, we’re excited to use Infosys’s expertise to deliver more in-depth and innovative experiences for our players and fans. Ally marks the next step on this journey, using technology to reshape how fans can follow the game and making tennis more interactive and accessible for all.”

Sumit Virmani, Infosys Chief Marketing Officer, added, “With Infosys Topaz and our deep expertise in AI, we are making tennis more accessible and engaging for every fan, not just seasoned followers. Ally marks a shift from passive viewing to truly interactive participation, creating a space where even casual fans can connect with the sport through natural, intuitive conversations. This is about using AI to simplify complexity, spark curiosity, and bring the joy of tennis closer to millions around the world.”

As part of the renewed partnership, the ATP and Infosys have also unveiled Ally, an AI-powered chatbot designed to help fans connect more easily with the sport. Built to deliver intuitive and conversational access to tennis information, Ally reflects a shared ambition to enhance digital accessibility while maintaining a safe and positive user experience. Infosys has implemented robust guardrails within the platform, including content filtering and privacy protection measures.

Infosys will continue to benefit from significant brand exposure across the ATP’s digital ecosystem. In 2025, the ATP’s digital platforms delivered 2.9 billion views across social media channels and 549.4 million website page views, underlining the global reach and scale of the Tour’s digital audience.

The extension through 2028 reinforces the ATP’s long-term commitment to digital transformation as men’s professional tennis navigates a period of generational change, evolving fan demographics, and shifting media consumption habits. By maintaining continuity in its digital strategy, the ATP aims to deepen fan engagement, unlock new commercial opportunities, and deliver more meaningful insights across its global tour.

For Infosys, the partnership continues to serve as a global platform to demonstrate enterprise-scale digital innovation in a live sports environment, while co-developing solutions with relevance beyond tennis.

The renewed collaboration underscores a shared commitment by the ATP and Infosys to innovation, data-led decision-making, and the use of technology to enhance the global appeal and understanding of professional tennis.
