The Brazilian football club, Athletico Paranaense, has announced a new association with the web-based bookmaker, Betsson. With this deal, the firm is all set to become the club’s official sponsor until the end of 2023.
As part of the partnership, the online gambling company’s logo will be featured on the lower back of the club’s home and away jerseys. Moreover, it will also become the first Hurricane sponsor to place its logo on the women’s shirts.
Athletico’s Commercial, Institutional Relations, and Marketing Director, Mauro Holzmann, said, “We are delighted to have Betsson as a sponsor. A company operating worldwide with expansion projects that coincide with Athletico’s goals of becoming a reference in football. We are sure that we will do great projects together.”
The partnership has already commenced as Betsson’s logo appeared on Athletico Paranaense’s kits in their clash in the Libertadores Cup match against Argentina’s Estudiantes.
The agreement also guarantees that the international digital sportsbook and online casino operator will provide exclusive bonus offers to the club’s fans through the betting platform, which can be accessed via mobile or desktop.
