Astralis announces partnership with Capgemini in Denmark

Astralis will also work together with Capgemini to offer ‘Employee Experiences’ to various employees of Capgemini in Denmark

Danish esports organization Astralis announced its partnership with the French multinational information technology services and consulting company Capgemini.

As part of the partnership, Capgemini’s logo will be featured on Astralis’ player jerseys.

Jakob Lund Kristensen, CRO, and co-founder of Astralis said, “When we enter into a collaboration with a company like Capgemini, it is inevitably much more about the talent brand and culture of the organization, rather than a logo on our player jerseys. Both parties have a strong focus on embracing a performance culture, and the collaboration will become a strategic and cultural focal point. That is exactly what esports can do to the highest degree.”

Astralis will also work together with Capgemini to offer ‘Employee Experiences’ to various employees of Capgemini in Denmark

Claus Rydkjær, Managing Director, Capgemini in Denmark, said, “We plan to boost our hiring efforts in the coming years and are committed to nurturing the team spirit and wellbeing of our employees. With this partnership, we are also targeting young talent, university students, and young gamers who might be keen to have a career in the IT industry.”

The employee experiences will include two-day team courses for the young people, who will be joining Capgemini through its graduate program. The company will also be including crash courses for the employees.

The collaboration will be beneficial for both parties and will provide for enhanced exposure and outreach around the world.

The various initiatives will also be key in determining the success of Capgemini.
